Purchase terms

Terms for booking, payment, cancellation and changes when you book a treatment through Lumora.

Price and what is included

Prices are stated in euro and cover the package price for the client. Published prices are indicative and may vary depending on the treatment plan, the surgeon's assessment and any add ons. The package normally covers clinic, surgeon, anaesthesia, airport transfer, hotel nights per the stated stay and personal coordination.

Flights, extra hotel nights, any additional procedures and costs for corrective treatment are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final price is confirmed by the clinic after a medical assessment.

Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. The remaining amount is paid to the clinic according to the clinic's instructions, normally on arrival before the procedure.

The care agreement is entered into between you and the clinic. Lumora invoices only for its own coordination service where such a fee has been agreed.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling is normally possible up to 14 days before the planned procedure, subject to availability.
For cancellations later than 14 days before the procedure, the deposit and the clinic's cancellation fee may apply according to the clinic's terms.
If the clinic advises against the procedure for medical reasons, the deposit is refunded less actual costs incurred.
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to our referral service; medical services booked for a specific date may be exempt.

Travel, insurance and passport

You are responsible for a valid passport, any visa, and for taking out travel insurance that covers planned care abroad. We recommend checking your policy terms before booking.

Complaints

Complaints concerning the procedure, the result or aftercare are directed to the clinic. Complaints concerning our coordination service should be emailed to info@lumora.clinic within a reasonable time.
